  Please read all the reviews and you will absolutely know that Grand Plaza Dental Group is nothing but a BIG SCAM!! First time writing a review but I feel I have to! I agree with most of the negative reviews posted in the past. This dental office is a scam! My husband was over charged by $460 dollars for a root canal and crown. I called the office and talked to Dawn, the office manager. She said she would look into it and call me back. A month went by and did not hear from her. I called again and she said she had discovered that I was correct. Dawn told me that I should be getting a credit for the amount on my credit card. I let two billing cycles go by but no credit. I called again...again Dawn said she had sent the the paper work to issue the credit to her accounting dept. and that she would look into it. More time went by...still nothing. I called again. This time I talked to Pam because Dawn was not in the office. Pam proceeded to get all my info again and said she would have Dawn call me. Didn't hear from Dawn but Pam would answer the phone...get all my info again...and say Dawn was not available.
  Finally...after many, many, phone calls I got ahold of Dawn. She had the nerve to tell me that she could do nothing and that I would have to go through my insurance company... even though she had previously processed the paper work for my
  credit. Very unprofessional office!
